Great present. When signing up remember to tick the box indicating you do not wish your child to be available for loan to other fans.

So you get a pack if you're a member but not for a season ticket?

Did it help you get up the queue for an ST for next year though Kidders? Or would your own membership be enough

Kidders I'm pretty sure Newcastle was kids for a quid

Re: Academy membership for my boy?
Up until this year my boys memberships have been good, used to get a £5 voucher, 2 free games and a few other perks.
This year - fuck all.
They've definitely milked this last season, not even had a kids for quid game.

I was looking at them earlier and wondered what was in the box. It looks like the Adult membership pack contains the same thing.

Hmmmn. What am I going to do with badges and a scarf in NZ?

I don't even need a bloody jumper on most of the year.

PS, yes it also puts you on the priority list.

Re: Academy membership for my boy?
I don't think there's a lot of point unless you take him to a couple of games. I got his so I could get him a ticket when they went on sale to members.

Re: Academy membership for my boy?
So what's the actual point of being a member? A scarf and six pin badges for £25? Obviously it wld be cheaper to just buy those things.......... so I'm guessing there is other benefits? Priority for season tickets if he wants one at the OS?

Re: Academy membership for my boy?
My boy's membership pack contained, badges, bobble hat and COYI flag. He was happy with it. I think the scarf is in the adult pack.

Ah ok, so the Farewell Boleyn pack only contains the scarf and badge crests, and presumably some pics and info on the history etc?
